Through my work experience I have counseled adolescents and adults providing both individual and group counseling. I have worked in a specialized program providing integrated treatment services to clients with co-occurring disorders for the last five years. I have gotten the opportunity to help client’s address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma. I have also provided both couples and family counseling with the co-occurring clients.

I completed Level I(2006) and Level II(2007) training in EMDR through the EMDR Institute. I have attended additional advanced training courses offered through the EMDR Institute including EMDR with Children and Adolescents and Strengthening Performance for Executives, Professionals, and Adult Clients.

I have a passion for working with children and youth and for the last three years I have been actively pursuing knowledge in play therapy and have attended a variety of play therapy trainings. I am currently pursuing the Registered Play Therapy Credential.
